Adorable Siamese/Ragdoll kitten needs a new home in Caledonia, New York

We are unfortunately having to find our cute kitty"Franklin"a new
home. Our landlord told us we can only have one cat :-( Franklin is a very cuddly sweet boy. He is only an inside cat. He is only 4 months old litter trained but no shots yet.
He is very friendly with kids 2yrs and older. My 2 yr old loves him.
